A RESOLUTION FILLING A VACANCY ON
THE ADVISORY CODE STUDY COMMISSION.
WHEREAS, a vacancy on the Advisory Code Study Commission
has been created by the resignation of Bernard Helfenstein, and
Council is desirous of filling said vacancy.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC,
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That
is hereby appointed as a regular member to the Advisory Code Study
Commission to fill the unexpired term of Bernard Helfenstein.
SECTION 2: That this appointment shall become effective
immediately and shall continue until April 26, 1979.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this Z3 day of ,1978.
