CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R- 7 4F- a//
A RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION R-78-74
BY PROVIDING FOR THE APPOINTMENT OF ONE(1)
ALTERNATE MEMBER TO THE CODE ADVISORY
STUDY COMMISSION.
WHEREAS, the Advisory Code Study Commission has recommended
to the City Council that one (1) alternate position be added to
their membership in order to assure a quorum attendance at their
meetings, and
WHEREAS, the Council desires to accept and implement the
Commission's recommendation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC,
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That Resolution R-78-74 is hereby amended
to provide for one (1) alternate position on the Advisory Code
Study Commission.
SECTION 2: That commencing April 26, 1979, the alternate
shall serve for one (1) year terms of office and at the pleasure
of the City Council.
SECTION 3: That
is hereby appointed as the alternate to the Advisory Code Study
Commission, effective immediately.
SECTION 4: That therappointment made herein shall
continue to be effective until April 26, 1979.
