3 A RESOLUTION RELEASING A SUBDIVISION
IMPROVEMENT BOND POSTED BY LEADERSHIP
4 HOUSING,INC. FOR WESTWOOD COMMUNITY #7
SUBJECT TO THE SUBMISSION OF A RE-
5 PLACEMENT BOND BY GMC INVESTMENT COMPANY
D/B/A ISLES OF TAMARAC.

WHEREAS, Leadership Housing,Inc. posted a Subdivision Improve
7
ment Bond with the City of Tamarac in the amount of $640,000.00 for
8
the project platted as Westwood Community #7, and
9
WHEREAS, GMC Investment Company d/b/a Isles of Tamarac, has
10
undertaken and made certain subdivision improvements at the project
11
and has requested release of the $640,000.00 bond, and
12
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has recommended to the Council
13
that the bond for $640,000.00 posted by Leadership Housing, Inc. be
14
15 released subject to the City's receipt of a new replacement bond from
GMC Investment Company in an acceptable form and in the amount of

$425,391.61.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC,

FLORIDA:

SECTION 1: That the Subdivision Improvement Bond
20
21 posted by Leadership Housing, Inc. in the amount of $640,000.00 for
22 Westwood Community #7 is hereby released subject to the City's
receipt of a new replacement bond from GMC Investment Company d/b/a
23
Isles of Tamarac, in an acceptable form and in the amount of
24
$425,391.61.
