CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. 78-214
A RESOLUTIONAPPROVINGA PLAT FOR
UNIVERSITY COMMUNITY MEDICAL PLAZA

WHEREAS, a plat has been submitted for approval by -the
City of Tamarac; and
WHEREAS,.the:'Planning Commission of the City of Tamarac
has reviewed said plat and has made recommendation for approval,
adoption and execution of said plat by the City of Tamarac; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has reviewed said plat and
has made recommendation for approval and acceptance of said plat
by the. City of Tamarac; and
WHEREAS, the City of Tamarac is now desirous of ap-
provng said plat.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION : That upon recommendation of the
Planning Commission and the City Engineer, the plat submitted
for approval, the same being
UNIVERSITY COMMUNITY MEDICAL PLAZA
be and the same is hereby approved, subject to:
a� The Site Plan approval being contingent
upon University Realty Associates taking
title to the property.
b) A Developers's Agreement being recorded
after University Realty Associates taking title
to the property, because of possible drainage
problems-.
cl Upon posting of security for the backup
-drainage system, as s,°, t forth in the Developer's
Agreement and the letter agreement of December 18,

between the City, certain depositors, United
Federal Savings & Loan and University Realty
Associates.
d) All other necessary bonds and fees to be
posted, as required, by City regulations.
e) Compliance with requirement indicated in the
letter from Florida Dept. of Transportation dated
September 7th, 1978, to Ralph Denuzio of Craven &
Thompson, Assoc.
f) Any and all signs, regardless of whether they
appear on the Site Plan or not, must go before the
Beautification Committee for approval.
g)- That upon compliance of all of the above, that
Development Review requirements set forth in the
Broward County Land Use Plan, appear to be satisfied.
SECTION 2: That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby
authorized and instructed to execute said plat.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 20th day.of December, 1978.
