CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R- 7? 2.
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING RELEASE OF WARRANTY
BOND POSTED BY SUTTER/ACE HARDWARE.
WHEREAS, a warranty bond in the amount of $12,965.00 was

posted through Letter of Credit BT-0020 in the amount of $10,465.00
and Letter of Credit BT-0021 in the amount of $2,500.00 by Sutter/
Ace Hardware; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has made final inspection and
recommends to the City Council that the warranty bond covering
Sutter/Ace Hardware be released; and
WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to release said bond in
the amount of $12,965.00 in accordance with the recommendations
of the City Engineer.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the warranty bond in the amount of $12,965.00
through Letter of Credit BT-0020 in the amount of $10,465.00 and
Letter of Credit BT-0021 in the amount of $2,500.00 posted by
Sutter/Ace Hardware is hereby released.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this day of 1978.
