CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-' — �
A RESOLUTION ADOPTING AN UPDATED OFFICIAL ZONING MAP
WHEREAS, the City Council adopted in Resolution No. 75-50
an Official Zoning Map, and
and
WHEREAS, there have been certain changes made to said map,
WHEREAS, the City Council is now desirous of adopting the
updated Official Zoning Map.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the Official Zoning Map, together with all
the amendments thereto, is hereby adopted in accordance with the
provisions of Section 28.3 of the City Code.
SECTION 2: That the original zoning map be kept among the
records of the City by the City Clerk and a copy thereof be prom-
inently displayed in the City Hall for the use of the public.
SECTION 3: That the City Clerk is hereby directed to file a
copy with the Property Appraiser, County Engineers' Office, County
Planning Council, Broward County, Florida, and with any other
office as may be required by law for public use.
SECTION 4: That the City Clerk is authorized to make arrange-
ments to furnish copies thereof at cost to interested persons.
