CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO.
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING RELEASE OF A 25% WARRANTY
BOND POSTED BY INLAND SEALCOATING, INC., WITH THE
CITY OF TAMARAC ON NOVEMBER 24, 1976.
WHEREAS, a 25% warranty bond in the amount of $2,487.SO
was posted by Inland Sealcoating, Inc., as principals, and
American Fire and Casualty Co., as surety; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has made final inspection
and recommends release of said 25% warranty bond covering street
restorations required for irrigation projects in Mainlands 8
and Mainlands 11, and
WHEREAS, the City Council now wishes to release said
25% warranty bond.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION l: That the 25% warranty bond in the amount of
$2,487.50, posted by Inland Sealcoating, Inc., as principals,
and American Fire and Casualty Co., as surety, is hereby released.
