CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. --?,—3/
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING RELEASE OF A 25%
WARRANTY BOND POSTED BY INLAND SEALCOATING,
INC., WITH THE CITY OF TAMARAC ON FEBRUARY
23. 1976.
WHEREAS, a 25% warranty bond in the amount of #4,958.25
was posted by Inland Sealcoating, Inc., as principals, and
American Fire and Casualty Co., as surety; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has made final inspection
and recommends release of said 25% warranty bond covering street
restoration for street cuts and median crossings for projects
at Mainlands 10, Sunset Isle 13, Faircrest 14 and Lagos De Campo
Blvd. at Colony Club, and
WHEREAS, the City Council now wishes to release said
25% warranty bond.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the 25% warranty bond in the amount of
$4,958.25, posted by Inland Sealcoating, Inc., as principals,
and American Fire Casualty Co., as surety, is hereby released.
