CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO.'R-7g-
A RESOLUTION REVISING CERTAIN ON SITE AND OFF SITE
ENGINEERING INSPECTION FEES; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE
DATE
WHEREAS, Ordinance No.0--7g-Q authorizes the City Council to
review the schedule of engineering inspection fees required to be
issued prior to initiation of construction, development or other
improvements, and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has recommended to the City
Council that a review of such fees should be made; and
WHEREAS,the City Council wishes to accept the recommendation
of the City Engineer.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the schedule of engineering inspection fees
shall be as follows:
Inspection Fees.
The cost of permit and inspection fees for improvements
under the City's subdivision improvement ordinance shall be
paid in accordance with the following fee schedule:
(a) Canal excavation and bulkheads,
bridges, sealwalls, endwalls,
headwalls, water distribution,
site preparation and Beauti-
fication....................40 of construction cost
(b) All other improvements ...... 50 of construction cost
(c) The minimum total fee to be assessed any improve-
ment project for which a site development plan
is required shall be four hundred dollars.
(d) Reinspection Fee .........$20.00
For each reinspection required pursuant to
ection 24-11.(e) Subdivision Improvements

SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately
upon its adoption.
