CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. --7 IR c>
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING RELEASE OF THE BALANCE
OF A CASH SUBDIVISION IMPROVEMENT BOND POSTED
BY SUMMIT PROPERTIES FOR SUMMIT PROPERTIES PLAZA
WHEREAS, Resolution #77-172 authorized release of
$11,364.40 of the cash subdivision improvement bond posted by Summit
Properties as principal for Summit Properties Plaza, and
WHEREAS, the City has retained an amount of $15,955.60
as a cash bond for completion subdivision improvements at Summit
Properties Plaza, and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has made final inspection and
has found the work to be in general accordance with the plans
approved by the Council on September 21, 1977, and
WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to release a portion of the
balance of the cash bond.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC,
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the balance of the cash subdivision bond
posted by Summit Properties as principal for Summit Properties, Inc.,
is hereby released, subject to the principal's compliance with any
conditions noted herein.
The Finance Department shall deduct
SECTION 2: CONDITIONS: an amount of $1,205.60 as payment of
fees due to the city -and an amount or $2,500.00sh
bond until all work is completed.
SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective imme-
diately upon its adoption.
