CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO.-5(U
A RESOLUTION ADOPTING AN ANTIRECESSION
FUND BUDGET FOR PERIOD ENDING SEPTEMBER 30,
1978....
WHEREAS, pursuant to the Public Works Employment Act of
1976 (P.L. 94-369 as amended General 6511-G) the Federal Govern-
ment has offered funds to the City under the Antirecession Fiscal
Assistance Program; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to the guidelines set forth in said Pro-
gram an Administrative Hearing need be held to receive suggestions
,from the public prior to a Public Hearing before the City Council;
and
WHEREAS, said Administrative Hearing has been held on
March 13, 1978, in compliance with said guidelines; and
WHEREAS, following the Public Hearings, the City Council
wishes to adopt the Antirecession Fund Proposed Budget;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the Antirecession Fund Budget for the
period ending September 30, 1978, presented by the City Manager
under the Antirecession Fiscal Assistance Program, Public Works
Employment Act 1976, (PL 94-369 as amended General 6511-G) is
hereby ADOPTED.
