CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING RELEASE OF A
SUBDIVISION IMPROVEMENT BOND FOR
MC DONALD'S OF TAMARAC.
WHEREAS, a Subdivision Improvement Bond in the amount
of $59,083.75 was posted by Franchise Realty Interstate
Corporation, as principal, and Home Indemnity Company, as
Surety, and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has made final inspection and
recommends said bond be released, and
WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to release said bond.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the Subdivision Improvement Bond in the
amount of $59,083.75, for McDonald's of Tamarac, posted by
Franchise Realty Interstate Corporation is hereby released.
SECTION 2: Conditions: A substitute surety or cash bond being
250 of the actual cost,amountina to $14,776.95, and be posted for a
period of one (1) year, with the $473.60 fee to be paid to the -City.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this29th day of March , 1978.
