CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA

A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING RELEASE OF A
CASH BOND FOR LANDSCAPING AT THE GREENS
OF TAMARAC.
WHEREAS, a cash bond in the amount of $3,445.00 was
posted by Becker Management Company for landscaping at the
Greens of Tamarac, and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has made final inspection
and recommends said bond be released, and
WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to release said bond.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the cash bond in the amount of $3,445.00
for landscaping at the Greens of Tamarac posted by Becker
Management Company is hereby released.
SECTION 2: Conditions: A substitute bond, being 25% of
the actual cost of $2,756.00, or $689.00, be posted with
the City for a period of one (1) year.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 29thday of March, , 1978.
