CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R '7P-73
A RESOLUTION APPOINTING A MEMBER TO THE
BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT TO FILL A VACANCY
CREATED BY THE RESIGNATION OF JOHN LEONE,
AND APPOINTING AN ALTERNATE TO THE BOARD
OF ADJUSTMENT; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE
DATE.
WHEREAS, John Leone has resigned as a member of the Board
of Adjustment, and the City Council is now desirous of filling the
vacancy created by said resignation, and
WHEREAS, the term of William R. Danyluck, Alternate to the
Board of Adjustment, expired on April 6th, 1978, and the City Council
wishes to fill that position on the Board of Adjustment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That IV"o I J &e w me „) be and he
is hereby appointed as a member of the Board of Adjustment, to fill
the unexpired term of John Leone until July 17, 1980.
SECTION 2 : That L)„�,, �q� � IioJepT So k ) L be and he
is hereby appointed as an alternate member of the Board of Adjust-
ment, for a term to expire L
SECTION 3: That said members of the Board of Adjustment
may be removed from office for cause by the City Council upon
written charges and after public hearing.
SECTION 4: This Resolution shall become effective immediately
upon its adoption.
