CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R --7,?" 72
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING RELEASE OF A
SURETY PERFORMANCE WARRANTY BOND POSTED
BY WOODLAND MEADOWS.
WHEREAS, Resolution #R-77-34 authorized release of a
Surety Performance Bond in the amount of $13,000.00 covering
a median cut at the entrance to this subdivision, subject to
deposit for one year of a 25% warranty bond; and
WHEREAS, the Principal of said bond chose to maintain its
$13,000.00 performance bond as a warranty bond; and
WHEREAS, the warranty period has expired and the principal
is requesting release of said bond; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has made final inspection and
recommends release of the bond; and
WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to release said bond.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the Surety Performance Bond in the amount
of $13,000.00 posted by the Woodland Meadows partnership as
principal, and Fidelity and Deposit Company of Maryland, as
surety, covering the median cut at the entrance to this sub-
division is hereby released.
SECTION 2:
