CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. 78-78
A RESOLUTION APPROVING A PLAT FOR
MOBIL OIL #10-559
WHEREAS, a plat has been submitted for approval by the City of
Tamarac, and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Tamarac has
reviewed said plat and has made recommendation for approval, adoption
and execution of said plat by the City of Tamarac, and
WHEREAS, the City of Tamarac is now desirous of approving said plat.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That upon recommendation of the Planning Commission
and the City Engineer the plat submitted for approval the same being:

be and the same is hereby approved.
SECTION 2: That the request for temporary percolation is
approved subject to receipt by the City of 125% security bond, to
provide a positive drainage outfall, in the amount of $14,375.00
posted for a period of 2 years.
If, during the 2-year period, the City Engineer deems it necessary,
because the percolation system is not functioning properly, the bond
may be called. Or, at the expiration of the 2-year period, the City
Engineer is to review the project as to whether the drainage system
is functioning properly, if not, the bond may be called.
In addition, the bond status is to be reviewed at the end of
2 years by Council and is subject to renewal at that time.
SECTION 3: That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized
and instructed to execute said plat.
