A RESOLUTION DESIGNATING CITY PROSECUTORS
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That City Attorney, ARTHUR M. BIRKEN, and
Assistant City Attorney, ALAN F. RUF, are hereby designated City
Prosecutors for the City of Tamarac and these individuals are
authorized to represent the City in prosecutions for violation
of municipal ordinances in the Broward County, County Court.:
SECTION 2: A copy of this Resolution shall be furnished
to the Clerk of the Broward County Courts and to the Broward County
State Attorney.
SECTION 3: This Resolution shall be effective immediately.
