CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING RELEASE OF THE BALANCE
OF A CASH SUBDIVISION IMPROVEMENT BOND POSTED
BY SUMMIT PROPERTIES FOR SUNSHINE PLAZA.
WHEREAS, Resolution #78-50 authorized release of
$15,955.60 of a cash subdivison improvement posted by Summit
Properties as principle for Sunshine Plaza less $1,205.60 in
fees due and $2,500.00 to be held until completion of the
work, and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has made final inspection
and has found the work to be in general accordance with the plans
approve3by Council on September 21, 1977, and
WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to release the balance
of the cash bond.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the balance of the cash subdivision bond
posted by Summit Properties as principal for Summit Properties, Inc.,
in the amount of $2,500.00 is hereby released, subject to the
principal's compliance with any conditions noted herein.
SECTION 2:
CONDITIONS: `�iN
SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective immed-
iately upon its adoption.
