CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R 12 -C1
A RESOLUTION APPOINTING MEMBERS AND ALTERNATE
MEMBERS TO THE PLANNING COMMISSION AND ESTAB-
LISHING TERMS OF OFFICE PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 28
OF THE CODE AS AMENDED BY ORDINANCE 76-87; AND
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Chapter 24 of the City Code, as amended by
Ordinance 76-87, created a Planning Commission and provided that
terms of office of Planning Commissioners shall expire on April 15th
of the appropriate year, and
WHEREAS, Ordinance 76-87 provided that not more than five (5)
alternate members to the Planning Commission shall be appointed by
Council to serve for one (1) year terms, expiring April 15th, and
WHEREAS, Council desires to implement the provisions of
Ordinance 76-87 by appointing members and alternate members to the
Planning Commission in compliance with the terms of said ordinance.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the following persons are hereby appointed
as members of the Planning Commission to serve for a term of two (2)
years, expiring April 15, 1980:

SECTION 2: That the following persons are hereby appointed
as alternate members of the Planning Commission to serve for a term
of one (1) year, expiring April 15, 1979:

SECTION 3: That this Resolution and the appointments
made herein shall become effective on April 15, 1978.
