CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO . -" j'%- 41;0t
A RESOLUTION FILLING THE VACANCY ON THE CITY COUNCIL
CAUSED BY THE RESIGNATION OF MILTON KLIKA.
WHEREAS, Milton Klika has previously resigned as
City Councilman, and
WHEREAS, the City Council is now desirous of making an
appointment to fill the vacancy created by the aforementioned
resignation, and
WHEREAS, the Charter of the City of Tamarac authorizes
the members of the City Council to make such an appointment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That MARJORIE E. KELCH
is hereby appointed to the Council of the City of Tamarac, Florida.
SECTION 2: That the term of said appointment shall be
until the next General Election in March 1979.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this fQ'day of 1978.
