1 CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
2 RESOLUTION NO.R-79-106
3 A RESOLUTION APPROVING A PLAT FOR
SUMMIT BANK WEST.

5 WHEREAS, a plat has been submitted for approval by the City
b of Tamarac; and
7 WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Tamarac has
8 reviewed said plat and has made recommendation for approval, adoption
9 and execution of said plat by the City of Tamarac; and
10 WHEREAS, the City Engineer has reviewed said plat and has made
11 recommendation for approval and acceptance of said plat by the City
12 of Tamarac; and
13 WHEREAS, the City of Tamarac is now desirous of approving said
14 Plat.
15 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
16 OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
17 SECTION 1: That upon recommendation of the Planning Commission
18 and the City Engineer, the plat submitted for approval, the same
19 1 being
20 SUMMIT BANK WEST
21 be and the same is hereby approved, subject to modification of the
22 plat to reflect a dedication or other acceptable form of conveyance
23 of a triangular parcel of property located at the N.E. corner of the
24 I Property to the public for road right-of-way purposes as approved by
25 the City Engineer and appropriate City Officials. Owner may elect to
26 convey the property described in the preceding sentence by deed or
27 other instrument acceptable to the appropriate City Officials.
28 SECTION 2: That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized
29 and instructed to execute said plat.
30 SECTION 3: That the Development Review Requirements of the
31 Broward County Land Use Plan appear to have been satisfied.
32 PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 23 day of May ,1979.
