CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R- 79 /d 0
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING CITY COUNCIL TO
APPOINT ___ MEMBERS TO THE PUBLIC
INFORMATION COMMITTEE; AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, City Council is desirous of appointing seven (7)
members to the Public Information Committee, and
WHEREAS, at least five of the members should be from the general
public, and
and
WHEREAS, one of the members should be from the Charter Board,
WHEREAS, one of the members should be from the City Council.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the fallcwing persons are hereby appointed
members of the Public Information Committee for terms to expire
May 11, 1980.
SECTION 2: That is hereby appointed
an ex-officio member from the City Council to the Public Information
Committee.
SECTION 3: That -� is hereby appointed
an ex-officio member from th Charter Board to the Public Information
Committee.
SECTION 4: This Resolution shall become effective immediately
upon its passage.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this__?�3_day of 1979.
