RESOLUTION NO. R- 7
A RESOLUTION AWARDING A BID FOR PLAYGROUND
EQUIPMENT, BID #79-20.
WHEREAS, the City of Tamarac, has heretofore advertised for
bids for playground equipment, and
WHEREAS, the Council is desirous of awarding the bid for
playground equipment, to the lowest and best bidder.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:

the Consumer Product Safety Commission by the
National Recreation and Park Association dated
1 May 1976. Bidders shell submit construction
drawings for each item bid. Each bid shall state
all deviations in the equipment from the proposed
safety standards. If modifications to a piece of
equipment can be made in order to meet a particu-
lar standardo the bidder may include as an option
