CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO.R- , 1
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING CITY COUNCIL TO
APPOINT FIVE REGULAR MEMBERS TO THE
ADVISORY CODE STUDY COMMISSION; AND PRO-
VIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, City Council is desirous of appointing five (5)
members to the Advisory Code Study Commission.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the following persons are hereby appointed as
members of the Advisory Code Study Commission for terms to expire
May 11, 1980.

SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately
upon its passage.
