CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R 79:yZS-
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING A GRANT OF PERPETUAL
EASEMENT FROM SPYGLASS CONDOMINIUM, INC.,
FOR MAINTENANCE OF THE EASEMENT PROPERTY AS
PUBLIC ROAD AND RIGHT-OF-WAY.
WHEREAS, the Sypglass Condominium, Inc., has requested by
Corporate Resolution, dated May 11, 1979, that the City of Tamarac
accept a Grant of Easement for maintenance of roads to be made pub-
lic roads; and
WHEREAS, the Spyglass Condominium, Inc., has demonstrated
its ownership of the roads and rights -of -way to the satisfaction
of the City Attorney; and
WHEREAS, the Spyglass Condominium, Inc., has meet all the
requirements of the City to the satisfaction of the City's Staff
and Council,and the roads currently satisfy all existing City
standards; and
WHEREAS, the City Council now wishes to accept said Grant
of Perpetual Easement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the City Council does hereby accept a
Grant of Perpetual Easement offered by the Spyglass Condominium, Inc.
in its Corporate Resolution of May 11, 1979.
SECTION 2: That the proper City Officials are hereby autho
rized and instructed to execute said .Grant of Perpetual Easement.
The City Clerk is hereby instructed to record Grant of Perpetual
Easement along with the Spyglass Condominium, Inc. Corporate Resolu-
tion authorizing said easement.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 1-3 day o une, 1979.'
