2 RESOLUTION NO. R- 7 2 /Z
3 A RESOLUTION VACATING A UTILITY EASEMENT LYING IN
LOT 1, BLOCK 323, WESTWOOD COMMUNITY FOUR.

S WHEREAS, there presently exists a Utility Easement on Lot 1,
6 Block 323, Westwood Community Four, according to the Plat thereof as
7 recorded in Plat Book 77, Page 45 of the Public Records of Broward County,
8 Florida. Said land situate, lying and being in Broward County, Florida.
9 WHEREAS, the City Council has been requested to vacate said
10 easement; and
11 WHEREAS, those utility companies, having an interest in the said
12 utility easement, have agreed to the vacation of same; and
13 WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to accept the recommendations of
14 the Staff by vacating said easement.
15 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
76 SECTION 1: That the Utility easement, on property described as:
17 Lot 1, Block 323, Westwood Community Four, according to the Plat thereof as
18 recorded in Plat Book 77, Page 45 of the Public Records of Broward County,
19 1 Florida. Said land situate, lying and being in Broward County, Florida, is

hereby vacated.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 13 day of 1979.
