CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R- 7?:/ 19
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING RELEASE OF A
SUBDIVISION IMPROVEMENT BOND #091275-114
POSTED BY LEADERSHIP HOUSING, INC. PRINCIPAL
AND ARGONAUT INSURANCE COMPANY, SURETY IN THE
AMOUNT OF $62,500; FOR A CULVERT CROSSING
EAST END OF McNAB ROAD.
WHEREAS, a $62,500. bond was posted by Leadership Housing, Inc.,
as principal and Argonaut Insurance Company, as surety; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has made final inspections and
recommends release of said bond subject to payment of additional fees.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC,
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the subdivision improvement bond in the amount
of $62,500. posted by Leadership Housing, Inc., as Principal and Argonaut
Insurance Company, as Surety is hereby released, subject to payment of
additional fees in the amount of $111.74.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this day of 1979
