2 RESOLUTION NO.
3 A RESOLUTION PROVIDING FOR A SPECIAL EXCEPTION
4 TO PERMIT A DRY CLEANER ON PREMISES WITH DIRECT
CUSTOMER SERVICE, AT CLUB SHOPPING PLAZA, IN AN
5 EXISTING B-1 ZONING DISTRICT, PURSUANT TO ORDI-
NANCE No. 78-63. PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.

7 WHEREAS, pursuant -to the instruction of the City Council of the
8 City of Tamarac, Florida, public notice has been given in accordance with the
9 applicable law of the time and place of public hearing regarding the Special
10 Exception to permit a dry cleaner on premises with direct customer service at
11 Club Shopping Plaza, in an existing B-1 zoning district on property described
12 herein, and the said public hearing has been held in accordance with the notice
13 and the public has been given an opportunity to be, and has been heard; and the
14 Council has examined and investigated the request for the Special Exception herein
15 and has received the recommendation of the Planning Commission of the City of
16 Tamarac; and
17 WHEREAS, the public hearing has been held on Petition No. 20-Z-78
18 by the City Council pursuant to the Charter; and
19 WHEREAS, the City Council deems that the public health, safety,
20 morals and general welfare of the public would not be adversely affected by
21 granting such Special Exception.
22 NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC,
23 FLORIDA:
24 SECTION 1: That Club Shopping Plaza, 6300 Commercial Boulevard,
25 Tamarac, be permitted a dry cleaner on premises with direct customer service,
26 in an existing B-1 zoning district, pursuant to Ord. 78-63.
27 SECTION 2: That Special Exception is granted upon the follow-

SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective immediately
upon its passage.
