CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R- 7 f"/ L(7
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING RELEASE OF A
SUBDIVISION IMPROVEMENT BOND # 5948565
POSTED BY CONTINENTAL PLAZA AND TAMARAC
PLAZA SHOPPES (PRINCIPAL) AND FIDELITY
AND DEPOSIT COMPANY OF MARYLAND (SURETY)
FOR CONSTRUCTION OF N.W. 66th TERRACE BETWEEN
N. W. 57th ST. AND COMMERCIAL BLVD.
WHEREAS, a $9843.75 subdivision improvement bond #5948565 was
posted by Continental Plaza and Tamarac Plaza Shoppes, as principal and
Fidelity and Deposit Company of Maryland, as surety; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has made final inspections and
recommends release of said bond, and
WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to accept the recommendation of
the City Engineer by authorizing release of said bond.
NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC,
FLORI DA:
SECTION 1: That the subdivision improvement bond in the amount
of $9843.75, posted by Continental Plaza and Tamarac Plaza Shoppes, as
principal and Fidelity and Deposit Company of Maryland, as surety is hereby
released.
