CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING RELEASE OF A SUBDIVISION
IMPROVEMENT BOND #092102-0135 POSTED BY TAMARAC
UTILITIES, INC., PRINCIPAL AND ARGONAUT INSURANCE
COMPANY, SURETY;FOR PUMP STATION #11 FORCE MAIN.
WHEREAS, a $11,812.50 subdivision improvement bond, #092102-0135
was posted by Tamarac Utilities, Inc. principal and Argonaut Insurance Co,
surety; for Pump Station #11 Force Main, and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has made final inspections and
recommends release of said bond, subject to payment of additional engineering
inspection fees in the amount of $70.83; and
WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to accept the recommendation
of the City Engineer by authorizing release of said bond.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the subdivision improvement bond in the amount
of $11,812.50, posted by Tamarac Utilities, Inc. principal and Argonaut
Insurance Co., surety, for Pump Station #11 Force Main is hereby released
subject to additional engineering inspection fees in the amount of $70.83.
