CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R- 7?/22L
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING RELEASE OF A SUBDIVISION
IMPROVEMENT BOND #092113 POSTED BY TAMARAC UTILITIES,
INC.,PRINCIPAL AND ARGONAUT INSURANCE COMPANY, SURETY
FOR FORCE MAIN EXTENSION, FROM ACROSS N.W. 88th AVENUE
TO N. W. 84th TERRACE.
WHEREAS, a $18,750.00 subdivision improvement bond, #092113
was posted by Tamarac Utilities, Inc. Principal and Argonaut Insurance
Company, Surety for Force Main Extension - from across N. W. 88th Avenue to
N. W. 84th Terrace, and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has made final inspections and
recommends release of said bond, and
WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to accept the recommendation of
the City Engineer by authorizing release of said bond.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC,
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the subdivision improvement bond in the amount
of $18,750.00, posted by Tamarac Utilities, Inc., Principal and Argonaut
Insurance Company, Surety; for Force Main Extension - from across N. W. 88th
Avenue to N. W. 84th Terrace,is hereby released.
