CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R 79-/� j
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING RELEASE OF A
CASH BOND POSTED BY CLUB SHOPPING PLAZA
ASSOCIATES FOR THE PUBLIC OFF -SITE IMPROVE-
MENTS.
WHEREAS, a cash bond in the amount of $3,135.50 was posted
by Club Shopping Plaza Associates for the public off -site improve-
ments; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has made final inspection of
said improvements and recommends release of said bond subject to
receipt of a one-year warranty bond in the amount of $783.88; and
WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to accept the recommendation
of the City Engineer by authorizing release of said bond.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the cash bond in the amount of
$3,135.50 posted by Club Shopping Plaza Associates for the public
offsite improvements, less a one year warranty bond in the amount
of $783.88, is hereby RELEASED.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this/_3—day of June, 1979.
