RESOLUTION NO. R- 79-0,T
A RESOLUTION AWARDING A BID FOR BITUMINOUS
SLURRY SEAL, BID # 79-22.
WHEREAS, the City of Tamarac, has heretofore advertised for
bids for 80,000 sq. yards Bituminous Slurry Seal, and
WHEREAS, The Council is desirous of awarding the bid for
Bituminous Slurry Seal to the lowest and best bidder.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORI DA:
SECTION 1: That the bid of Cam,
in the amount of/ 35-03a.00, for Xtuminnus Slurry Sea - 80,000
square yards, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof
by reference, is hereby APPROVED.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 3 day of 1979.
