CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R- 7 �—/"
A RESOLUTION APPROVING A DEDICATION OF
EASEMENT FROM VANBOTS OF SABAL PALMS,INC.
FOR PARCEL B OF SABAL PALM VILLAGE, PLAT
BOOK 79, PAGE 42.
WHEREAS, Vanbots of Sabal Palms, Inc. has offered a Dedication]
of Easement for Gardens of Sabal Palm on Parcel B of Sabal Palm
Village, Plat Book 79, Page 42, Broward County, Florida, and
WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to accept said Grant of
Easement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the Grant of Easement submitted by Vanbots
of Sabal Palms, Inc. for Gardens of Sabal Palm on Parcel B, of Sabal
Palm Village, Plat Book 79, Page 42, Broward County, Florida, is
hereby approved and accepted.
SECTION 2: That the City Clerk is hereby instructed to
record said Grant of Easement along with this Resolution.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED the L7 day of ,1979.
