RESOLUTION NO. R. 7�%7
A RESOLUTION REPEALING RESOLUTIONS
NUMBERS R-76-167 THROUGH R-76-172
RELATING TO SIGNS IN WOODMONT.
WHEREAS, the City Council has previously granted waivers to the
sign ordinance for erection of signs in the Woodmont area; and
WHEREAS, the applicant has not implemented its prerogative to install
these signs; and
WHEREAS, Council wishes to withdraw its previous actions.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the following Resolutions are hereby repealed:
Resolution No. R-76-167 - Woodmont secondary entrance sign
on 82nd Street
Resolution No. R-76-168 - Woodmont secondary entrance sign
on 80th Avenue
Resolution No. R-76-169 - Woodmont secondary entrance sign
at northeast corner of N. W. 88th Avenue and N. W. 70th Street
Resolution No. R-76-170 - Woodmont secondary entrance sign at
southeast corner of N. W. 88th Avenue and Southgate Blvd.
Resolution No. R-76-171 - Woodmont secondary entrance signs at
northeast and southeast corners of N. W. 75th Street and
N. W. 88th Avenue
Resolution No. R-76-172 - Woodmont secondary entrance signs at
northeast and southeast corners of N. W. 81st Street and
N. W. 88th Avenue.
