RESOLUTION NO.
A RESOLUTION EFFECTING A NAME CHANGE OF CERTAIN
STREETS IN THE WOODLANDS; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE
DATE
WHEREAS, there is only one house on Bayberry Circle in Tamarac,
WHEREAS, the owner of that house has requested the name of the
street to be changed and made a part of Bayberry Lane; and
WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to change the name of said
street for all purposes which may be accomplished by Resolution.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That Bayberry Circle shall be treated as part of
Bayberry Lane for all purposes which may be accomplished by Resolution. That
5307 Bayberry Circle shall be considered 5106 Bayberry Lane.
SECTION 2: A copy of this Resolution shall be furnished to the
U. S. Postal Service.
SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective immediately
upon its passage.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this,7Zday of June, 1979.
