CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING RELEASE OF
A SUBDIVISION IMPROVEMENT BOND #031822
POSTED BY LEADERSHIP HOUSING, INC.
(PRINCIPAL)AND INSURANCE COMPANY OF
NORTH AMERICA (SURETY) FOR LYONS
INDUSTRIAL PARK ROADWAY.
WHEREAS, a $75,902.50 subdivision improvement bond
#031822 was posted by Leadership Housing, Inc., as principal and
Insurance Company of North America, as surety for Lyons Industrial
Park roadway, and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has made final inspections and
recommends release of said bond, and subject to submission of a one-
year warranty bond in the amount of $17,095.50, and
WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to accept the recommenda-
tion of the City Engineer by authorizing release of said bond.
.NQW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the subdivision improvement bond
#031822 in the amount of $75,902.50, posted by Leadership Housing,
Inc., as principal, and Insurance Company of North America, surety,
for Lyons Industrial Park roadway is hereby released, subject to
submission of a one-year warranty bond in the amount of $17,095.50.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this.2'7-day of ,1979.
