CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R- 71-13()
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING RELEASE OF A
CASH BOND POSTED BY MCDONALD'S CORPORA-
TION FOR SIDEWALK CONSTRUCTION.
WHEREAS, a $170.0.0 cash bond was posted by McDonald's
Corporation for sidewalk construction, and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has made final inspections and
recommends release of said bond, and
WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to accept the recommenda-
tion of the City.Engineer by authorizing release of said bond.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the cash bond in the amount of $170.00,
posted by McDonald's Corporation, for.sidewalk construction, is
hereby released.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this a 2 day ofQ4,14/,1979.
