CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO.R- % 9-13/
A RESOLUTION APPOINTING ONE REGULAR MEMBER
TO THE BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT UPON THE EXPIRA-
TION OF ONE TERM OF OFFICE; AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
..WHEREAS, the term of a regular member to the Board of
Adjustment expires on July 17, 1979, and
WHEREAS, Council wishes to fill the position of one
regular member to the Board of Adjustment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE.CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That � 2� 2-? 0 29`A:: i?� is
hereby appointed as the regular member to the Board of Adjustment,
for a three year term to expire July 17, 1982, with all the powers
and duties enumerated in F.S.S. 163 and Section 28 of the Code of
Ordinances.
SECTION 2: Any member of the Board of Adjustment may
be removed from office for cause by the City Council upon written
charges and after public hearing.
SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon its adoption.
