WHEREAS, the City of Tamarac has been requested to state any objection it may have to release of canal reservations across the property described herein; and WHEREAS, the City Engineer has examined such request and has recommended the City file no objection to such release, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL -OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA: SECTION 1: That the City of Tamarac has no objection to the release of canal reservations involving the land described in Exhibit "A", which is attached hereto.
