CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-_ .7gjj,. -
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING RELEASE OF A SUBDIVISION
IMPROVEMENT BOND NO. 04 524 139 7345 IN THE AMOUNT
OF $15,609.88, POSTED BY GLENWOOD BUILDERS FOR
MASON FUNERAL HOME.
WHEREAS, a $15,609.88 subdivision improvement bond No. 04 524 1.39 7345
was posted by Glenwood Builders, as Principal and American Fidelity Fire Insurance
Company, as Surety, for Mason Funeral Home Site -work, black top, sewer, water,
clearing, on McNab Road; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has made final inspections and recommends
release of said bond, and subject to payment of additional engineering inspection
fees in the amount of $15.45; and
WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to accept the recommendation of the
City Engineer by authorizing release of said bond,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF TAMARAC,' F'LORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the subdivision improvement bond No. 04 524 139 7345
in the amount of $15,609.88, posted by Glenwood Builders, Principal for Mason
Funeral Home and American Fidelity Fire Insurance Company, as Surety, is hereby
released, subject to payment of additional engineering fees in the amount
of $15.45.
