3 A RESOLUTION SETTING SITE PLAN SUBMISSION
AND REVIEW FEES.
S BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC,
{ 6 FLORIDA:
7 SECTION 1: Site Development Plans Submission Fees Schedule.
8 Each preliminary site development plan shall be accompanied by an
g initial administrative review fee, in accordance with the following
10 schedule:
11 (a) Residential Development
12 1- $70.00 per acre for the first twenty acres.
13 2- $34.50 per acre for any additional acreage, or
$4.00 per dwelling unit, whichever is greater.

(b) Commercial Development

1- $140.00 per acre for the first twenty acres.

2- $70.00 per acre for any additional acreage.
(c) Minimum Review Fees.

The minimum review fees for developments submitted pursuant to

Section 4 of Ordinance'No. 76-44 as amended from time to time, shall
20
be as follows:

1- New Developments = $600.00

2- Revisions to approved site development plans =
23
$400.00

*NOTE. 1. For minor physical changes to previously approved site
25
development plans which the Chief Building Official, City Engineer,
26 and Director of Community Development determine do not substantially
27
affect the overall development plans, the minimum fee shall be
28
$175.00.

2. Where a Site Development Plan has been previously ap-

proved by the City Council and a proposed revision occurs entirely
31
within a private recreation area, the administrative review fee shall
32
be $50.00 if no existing recreation building is increased in floor
33
area, and if no new building is added and if the traffic flow is not
34
altered, and if no revisions to the site engineering is required in

the opinion of the City Engineer.
(d) Concept Review Fee.
For informational purposes, reviewed by Staff and discussed at a
meeting with the Planning Commission - $250.00.
(e) Subsequent Administrative Review Fees.
If the initial preliminary site development plan is determined by
the Planning Commission to not be in substantial compliance to=
Section 5 or 6, of Ord. #76-44 as amended from time to time, subse-
quent submissions shall be accompanied with a fee of $50.00.
SECTION 2: Resolution #77-193, Resolution #79-86 and any
other Resolution in conflict herewith are hereby repealed; however,
enactment of this Resolution does not affect fees due under Resolu-
tion R-77-193.and Resolution R-79-86.
SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective immediately
upon adoption.
