CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. 2-79=/q L
A RESOLUTION DESIGNATING A PERSON WHO SHALL WORK AS LIAISON
AGENT WITH THE DEPARTMENT OF NATURAL RESOURCES' PROJECT MANAGER
ON ALL MATTERS CONCERNING THE STATE AQUATIC PLANT CONTROL FUNDING
PROGRAM
WHEREAS, the City Council, hereinafter referred to as the
A-uthority, is a local authority as defined in the Department of Natural
Resources' administrative rules Chapter 16C-15, and
WHEREAS, the Authority acknowledges the necessity of
assigning a person to act as a liaison agent on all matters concerning
the State Aquatic Plant Control Funding Program with the department's
project manager, and
WHEREAS, the Authority shall appoint a person as liaison
agent to work on all matters concerning the State Aquatic Plant Control
Funding Program with the Department of Natural Resources' Project
Manager.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That Zl er F d V 1 1rJQA' )Ce Dip. shall work
with the Department of Natural Resources' Project Manager as liaison
agent on all matters concerning the State Aquatic Plant Control
Funding Program and who is knowledgable of all provisions in the
Department of Natural Resources' administrative rules Chapter 16C-15.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective upon
its passage.
