CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R. 719-/ys
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING RELEASE OF A
SUBDIVISION IMPROVEMENT BOND FOR McNAB
SHOPPING PLAZA
WHEREAS, a $32,467.50 subdivision improvement bond was
posted by Hofstetter Construction Co. as Principal and Fidelity and Deposit
Company of Maryland as Surety for McNab Shopping Plaza; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has made final inspections and
recommends release of said bond, and subject to submission of a one-year
warranty bond in the amount of $4,137.50; and
WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to accept the recommendation
of the City Engineer by authorizing release of said bond.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION I: That the subdivision improvement bond in the amount
of $32,467.50, posted by Hofstetter Construction Company as Principal and
Fidelity and Deposit Company of Maryland as Surety is released, subject to
submission of a one year warranty bond in the amount of $4,137.50.
