CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-79-146
A RESOLUTION GRANTING A WAIVER OF THE CITY'S
SIGN ORDINANCE TO LIME BAY CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION
WHEREAS, an application has been made by Lime Bay Condominium
Association for a waiver of the City's sign ordinance for a subdivision
identification sign to be located on the median strip along N.W. 93rd,Avenue
immediately south of West Mc Nab Road, and
WHEREAS, a hardship exists in that a new sprinkler system
would be required to be installed and the existing landscaping would need
to be relocated at great expense to the subdivision, and
WHEREAS, the granting of said waiver is in the best interests
of the citizens of said City.
NOW, Tf=EFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That pursuant to the terms of Sec. 21-15 of
the Tamarac City Code, a waiver is granted to Lime Bay Condominium Association
for a sign as noted above.
SECTION 2: The conditions of the granting of this waiver are
as follows: none
SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective immediately
upon its adoption.
