A RESOLUTION RELEASING A BOND POSTED BY
LEADERSHIP HOUSING, INC. AND TAMARAC UTILITIES, INC.
FOR WESTWOOD 4-A, WATER AND SEWER.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC,,, FLORIDA:
SECTION ONE: FINDINGS OF FACT AND RELEASE OF BOND.
Subdivision Improvement Bond # 090091 in the amount of $38Q,731.25
was posted by Leadership Housing Inc. and Tamarac Utilities, Inc.
as Principal through Argonaut Insurance Company as Surety
for Westwood 4-A, Water and Sewer
The City Engineer has found that the work has been satisfactorily
completed and accordingly said bond is released.
