A RESOLUTION RELEASING A BOND POSTED BY
LEADERSHIP HOUSING, INC.AND TAMARAC UTILITIES, INC.
FOR LIME BAY SECTION II, WATER AND SEWER
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARA(;& FLORIDA:
SECTION ONE: FINDINGS OF FACT AND RELEASE OF BOND.
Subdivision Improvement Bond #090356
in the amount of $541,950.31
was posted by Leadership Housing, Inc. and Tamarac Utilities, Inc.
as Principal through Argonaut Insurance Company as Surety
for Lime Bay Section II, Water and Sewer .
The City Engineer has found that the work has been satisfactorily
completed and accordingly said bond is released.
