BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARA(;s FLORIDA:
SECTION ONE: FINDINGS OF FACT AND RELEASE OF BOND.
Subdivision Improvement Bond #090636 in the amount of $875,750.00
was posted by Tamarac Utilities, Inc.
as Principal through Argonaut Insurance Company as Surety
for Backbone Improvements Land Sections 4,5, and 6 .
The City Engineer has found that the work has been satisfactorily
completed and accordingly said bond is released.
