A RESOLUTION RELEASING A BOND POSTED BY
TAMARAC UTILITIES, INC.
FOR BACKBONE IMPROVEMENTS LAND SECTIONS
4,5,AND 6, PHASE II
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAgs FLORIDA:
SECTION ONE: FINDINGS OF FACT AND RELEASE OF BOND.
Subdivision Improvement Bond #091258 in the amount of $1,057,750.00
was posted by Tamarac Utilities, Inc.
as Principal through Argonaut Insurance Company as Surety
for Backbone Improvements Land Sections 4,5, and 6, Phase II
The City Engineer has found that the work has been satisfactorily
completed and accordingly said bond is released.
