A RESOLUTION RELEASING A BOND POSTED BY
LEADERSHIP HOUSING, INC. AND TAMARAC UTILITIES, INC.
FOR SUNFLOWER, SECOND ADDITION

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC* FLORIDA:
SECTION ONE: FINDINGS OF FACT AND RELEASE OF BOND.
Subdivision Improvement Bond #915147 in the amount of $98,938.25
was posted by Leadership Housing Inc. and Tamarac Utilities, Inc.
as Principal through Highlands Insurance Company as Surety
for Sunflower, Second Addition .
The City Engineer has found that the work has been satisfactorily
completed and accordingly said bond is released.
